Bánh bao kẹp  - Pork Bun

Vietnamese for a steamed bun sandwich. It’s a soft, fluffy steamed bun (bánh bao) opened up and filled with fresh pork.

Ingredients

Roll: Flour (GLUTEN), vegatable oil, yeast, baking powder, salt.

Pork: Pork, garlic, shallot, ginger, cinnamon, star anise, bay leaf, five spice, black pepper, sugar, cooking wine (GLUTEN), and soya sauce (SOYA, GLUTEN). 

Sauce: Mayonnaise (EGG), Ketchup (CELERY), and Chilli sauce (SOYA, MUSTARD).
