We are a cottage kitchen serving the local Community. The meals are hand crafted from traditional Vietnamese recipes by our Vietnamese chef.  For example, the National dish Pho take a minimum of eight hours to prepare. Consequently we are only preparing small orders daily from a dozen possible meal permutations, bookable at least a day in advance. The cut off is 1 hour prior to delivery.

At present we are only making on average 12 deliveries a day. This will change in the future as we get to better know our customers preferences and expand to include more delivery providers.

We have a one vegetarian recipe and a few more in development. 

At present delivery is free.

Frequently asked questions

What is the return/refund policy?

If you cancel your order a day in advance then a full refund will be made. However, this can take up to 10 days for Shopify to process.
Concerned that the food will be too spicy?

We have tested our products on focus groups who report that the spiciness is commensurate with other ethnic foods.

What if I live outside the delivery zone?

At present our business model does not support extensive deliveries. If you are passing through Combe Down it is possible to collect!
Do I need to re-heat my order?

We prepare the food so that it is hot and safe to eat upon arrival. If you are not ready to eat immediately you can heat in the microwave to make it piping hot. Please observe food safety guidelines.
Where is your restaurant located?

We do not have a restaurant only a cottage kitchen.
Can I collect?

We are working on a way to encourage locals who live within walking distance to collect.
What if my preferred soda is not displayed?

It may be possible for is to substitute a different soda than the ones currently displayed. Please indicate in the comments attached to the order.
