Local Delivery & Pre-Order Policy

Freshly Prepared Food

All Lua Vang dishes are prepared fresh using traditional recipes. To ensure quality and freshness, orders must be placed in advance and selected for a specific delivery time slot.

Ordering

Orders should be placed at least 24 hours before the selected delivery date.

Orders received after the cut-off time may be moved to the next available delivery date.

Delivery Area

We currently offer local delivery within approximately 1 km of our location in Bath. This will be extended in due course.

Availability is confirmed after food selection based on the delivery address provided.

Delivery Time Slots

Customers select a preferred delivery time slot when placing their order.

While we make every effort to deliver within the selected time window, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Method

Orders are delivered by our team using e-bike or car, depending on weather conditions, order size, and operational requirements.

Changes and Cancellations

Because food is prepared specifically for each order, cancellations or changes may not be possible once preparation has begun.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend an order.

Missed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and being available during their selected delivery slot.

If we are unable to complete delivery because of incorrect information or inability to contact the customer, we may be unable to provide a refund for freshly prepared food.
