Food and Beverage Orders
Due to the perishable nature of food and beverages, we do not accept returns once an order has been prepared, collected, or delivered.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please contact us as soon as possible and within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please provide:

Photographs where applicable.
Where appropriate, we may offer:

Food Quality Concerns
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.
We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement item, partial refund, or full refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before food preparation has started.
Once food preparation has begun, cancellations and refunds cannot normally be provided.
Allergies and Dietary Requirements
Customers are responsible for reviewing menu descriptions and allergen information before placing an order.
If you have a food allergy or dietary requirement, please contact us before ordering.
Refunds cannot normally be provided where food has been prepared according to the order submitted by the customer.
